COURSE PARTICIPATION

Please observe the age, prior experience and equipment requirements specified in the description for your course.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COURSES

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the course: your course fee minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded 
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the course: the course fee is not refundable, unless your place can be filled. In this case, you will receive the full fee back minus a 10% cancellation fee. 

Exemptions

Digital course content:

Return SSI digital course content is only possible prior to commencement of the online course, in line with distance selling regulations. Course materials may thus only be returned for fourteen days after purchase if the course has not been commenced. The course deposit covers the digital course content and is therefore non-refundable upon starting online training.

Cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances

If weather conditions other unforeseen circumstances prevent a course from going ahead at the scheduled date and location, we will work with you to reschedule to a location or date that suits all parties. Should there be no suitable solution, the course fee minus any components of the training that have been delivered will be refunded.
